The SLAIS CHLA/ABSC Student Interest Group has received an official status at the 2007 CHLA/ABSC conference in Ottawa. The members of the Student Interest Group share a common interest, which is to share information and talk to peers about health librarianship, as well as to get involved in the local health sciences community and events. Accordingly, we hold monthly meetings and plan activities such as colloquia and tours.
